What we collect

• Account details: name, email, a securely hashed password, plan and billing history.
• What you build: your app descriptions, change requests and generated app code.
• Payments: handled by PayMongo. We receive the payment status and reference, not your card or e-wallet details.
• Audit and security records: sign-ins, builds, payments and setting changes, with a one-way code derived from your network address, kept for your plan's retention period.
• Support requests you send us.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Our AI provider receives your app descriptions and app code to build and test apps.
• PayMongo processes payments.
• Our web host stores the service's data.

We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account data and apps: until you delete your account. Audit records: per your plan's retention period. Payment records: as required by Philippine tax law.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may access, correct, object to processing of, and ask for deletion of your personal data, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Contact our Data Protection Officer: dpo@theanything.ai.
