Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Anything AI is operated by The Anything AI, Inc., Philippines ("we"). Contact: hello@theanything.ai.

2. The service

We provide an AI tool that generates web applications from your descriptions, hosts them at a shareable link, and lets you change, test and download them. Generated apps are produced by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing an app before relying on it, and for how you use it.

3. Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans are prepaid for one month or one year through our payment processor, PayMongo. They do not renew automatically. Monthly build credits reset on the 1st day of each month and do not roll over; separately purchased credits do not expire while your account is open. Refunds: within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the plan's credits were used.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to build anything illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes others' rights; to collect personal data without a lawful basis; to attack systems; or to impersonate others. We may suspend apps or accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and apps

You keep ownership of your descriptions and the apps generated for you. You give us the rights needed to run the service, including sending your descriptions to our AI provider and hosting your apps. Public app links can be opened by anyone who has them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features or these terms; we'll give notice of material changes by email or in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings, which removes your apps and data. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
